Born as a Wednesday night pop-up series at Meritage with its famous oyster bar in Saint Paul, Minnesota, the concept sold out instantly. 150-person waitlists. Lines out the door. Proof that sometimes the best idea is the simplest one.

Now, Steak Frites is charting its next chapter. A casual French bistro built for neighborhoods, suburbs, and anyone who believes dinner should be uncomplicated, generous, and très délicieux.
